Revision Policy

Any request for revision purpose is free of cost if it is placed before the delivery of the assignment and its deadline. We completely understand the fact that sometimes students may feel any changes or do not feel satisfied and can ask for revision.

For avoiding any such situations we ask our scholars to keep a track on your work and keep checking the progress of their assignment work. They can ask for the periodic draft before the delivery of their solution.

But even if you wish to take revision for your assignment after the delivery we are here to assist you happily. The revision will be provided under the guidance of our revision policy and terms and conditions* which have been listed below:

• The revision request will be accepted on any of the order after the delivery for up to the limit of 15 days after the delivery date. All the acceptance of the revision request will be subjected to the terms and conditions*.
• Only 3 times (maximum) you can address the revision free of cost*. This is the reason why we ask you to raise your concern related to every topic at once rather than coming up with multiple times request.
• If the revision request you place includes the addition of writings or research request on any new topic which was not there during the placement of your order. For example uses of any new software, any new case study etc. then it won't be considered as revision request. It will be treated as new work and you will have to pay an additional amount for the efforts that would be made by our experts to solve your new problem.
• If you request for revision and it includes new requirement it will be taken as a new task and you will have to pay a fresh price for it. For example, if we submitted a research work on any topic and now you want to replace the topic then it will be considered as whole new assignment work. Same is applicable if you change country-specific research, referencing guidelines etc.
• You need to raise the revision request from the Online Assignment Expert student portal if you wish for an effective resolution.

We would like you to note that all the concern related to revision work should be raised by the student portal dashboard provided to you. As all your requests through the student portal are directly forwarded to the assigned experts.You can also request a call-back request through the student portal dashboard.

Online Assignment Expert is not responsible for any kind of delay from your end in addressing the concern which is urgent through platforms like WhatsApp or emails.

• You should know that in one revision cycle we consider only one set of revision instruction which is to be entertained from our end. If you proved any extra information later it will be considered as another revision cycle. You can opt for 3 free revision cycles per assignment and this is also subjects to our terms and conditions.
• Your presence during the revision work is compulsory for any kind of communication needed. If you do not respond on time or there is any kind of delay from your end Online Assignment Expert and our experts are not responsible for any kind of late submission or missed deadlines.
• If you request for revision you need to be precise about what changes do you want, you need to enlist them clearly and preferable along with the detailed feedback from your professor.
• While placing revision request you need to be accurate about what is wrong and why for you need revision. Sentences like this is not what I asked for or this is not good etc. will not be entertained.
• Terms and conditions* are considered for applying exclusion to our free revision policy
• Online Assignment Expert has the right to refuse for any revision request by following the guidance of terms and conditions*. But in any such case where you fail to be eligible for the free revision service, we will suggest you to communicate with our assignment support team and meanwhile we will also try our best to resolve your issue. But as per our service agreement with you, we are not bound to do that.

Terms and conditions*

• Any free revision request is not applicable on the orders of assignment which are related to the technical subjects. It included but is not limited to engineering subjects, mathematics assignments, and software based tasks. It includes but is not limited to python, XERO, MATLAB, C++, Java etc.
• Any free revision is not applicable on the assignment which is lengthy such as research thesis, dissertation etc. here by lengthy we mean any assignment which has more than 4000 words or above words.
• Online Assignment Expert has the right to make any changes in the existing revision policy to maintain the sole discretion of the company management. And we are not bound to give any prior notice to any user or the general public.
