All the transactions are managed by Payment Gateway, thus, information related to credit cards and other details are kept with Payment Gateway only. Whenever required for any legal issues, we reserve the right to share your personal information during any judicial proceeding, or legal process as we are entitled to protect our rights. Also, we can make changes in the privacy policy anytime as per the requirements, thus, it is suggested to review it on frequent basis. Information from clients

We do not collect any information from client except email IDs. The email ID is used for communication and information shared by client such as the client requirements are kept confidential Company does not share any information of client (email id) to any other third party. The clients does not share any other information except email id, in case the client wants to change the communication email , then he/she can do so by sending a mail to the email id onlineassignmentexpert.new@gmail.com.

Opt out Policy

  • If a client is not satisfied with the service or wants to opt out of the services for any issue, we always appreciate the concern and take necessary measures as follows. The processing of opting out of the service is as follows.

  • The client needs to send us an email to onlineassignmentexpert .new@gmail.com stating the issue and concerns

  • The customer service executive handling the issue tries to take necessary measures and communicates the issue to the supervisor

  • Necessary steps taken to resolve the issue, otherwise the client is given the option to opt out of the services.

  • Time taken for escalation of issue and waiting time: 12 to 24 hours
